Job Overview
As a technical product manager, you will bridge the gap between engineering, design, and business strategy to drive the development of our gaming platform and related products. You will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality feature delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Product strategy and roadmap
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on business goals, technical feasibility, and customer needs
- Align product vision with the company’s broader strategic objectives
Technical leadership and collaboration
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and scalability of product features
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to define, scope, and implement features
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements gathering and backlog management
- Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined and prioritized
- Break down complex requirements into actionable tasks for development teams
Agile execution and delivery
- Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth execution
- Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address roadblocks
- Ensure on-time delivery of features with a focus on quality and scalability
Data-driven decision making
- Leverage analytics and user feedback to drive product decisions
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate on features based on data insights
API and platform management
- Work with backend teams to define API contracts and data structures
- Ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend systems
- Oversee third-party API integrations and evaluate potential partnerships
Security and Compliance
- Ensure product compliance with industry regulations and security best practices
- Work with engineering and legal teams to address data privacy and security concerns
Qualifications
- Experience managing technical products in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and translate technical concepts into business value
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with APIs, cloud infrastructure, or platform architecture is a plus

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
