Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time, Business Office Representative for Gundersen Tweeten Care Center in Spring Grove, MN.
What you will do:
- 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
- 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
- Wage starting at $20.79/hour plus more for experience!
- Plans, organizes and assists in educating clients and current employees on private pay, Medical Assistance, Medicare and other third party payers.
- Ensures proper payroll, accounting and human resource records are current and maintained at all times.
- Maintains all business office activities in accordance with current, applicable federal/state/local standards, guidelines and regulations.
- Processes accounts payable and receivable
- Bill Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance
- Manage resident trust fund
What you need:
- High School Diploma
- Bookkeeping and office management/record keeping experience desired
