40We are seeking a highly motivated HR Program Consultant, to join our dynamic Human Resources department and support our Employee & Labor Relations team.
As anHR Program Consultant, you will work closely with HR leaders to design and implement a variety of programs, systems, and processes. Your role will encompass everything from job descriptions and performance reviews to employee engagement and regulatory compliance. You'll be the go-to person for employment-based immigration cases, guiding leaders and employees through the sponsorship process.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate & Innovate:Partner with HR leaders to turn conceptual ideas into actionable plans and see them through to completion.
Immigration Support:Serve as the point of contact for employment-based immigration cases, providing support throughout the sponsorship process.
Creative Problem Solving:Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.
Effective Communication:Work with HR leaders and communication teams to create effective communication strategies for staff.
Project Management:Utilize your project management skills to implement various HR projects and programs.
Consultation:Provide expert advice on learning and HR-related projects or processes.
Organized Implementation:Maintain a consistent and organized approach to project implementation, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
What You'll Need:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
3-4 years of progressive human resources related experience
Proven experience in HR program development and project management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization and time management skills
