LPN - Hospital | Medical Surgical Unit

Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Gundersen Health System is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse for our 18 bed Medical Surgical Unit. This is your opportunity to provide patient and family centered care in a healing environment while doing the work you love in the beautiful coulee region of La Crosse, Wisconsin.

What you will do:

• 0.8 FTE - 64 hours or 0.6 FTE - 48 hours every two weeks available
• 8-hour shifts. Shifts are between the hours of 6:30 am- 11:00 pm
• Every other weekend and holiday
• Care for a wide array of medical surgical patients with diagnosis such as CHF, COPD, cellulitis, weakness, infections as well as some medically stable patients
• Administer medications and provide skills such as wound care, work with tubes and drains, bowel, and bladder management

What you will need:

• LPN license to work in the state of Wisconsin
• BLS for health care providers
• New graduate and experienced LPN's welcome to apply
