What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Liaison Float position at Gundersen Health System?
Schedule Weekly Hours:
40What's Available:
- 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
- Shift: Monday-Friday, Days (no weekends)
- Hours: 6:45AM - 5PM
- Location: This position floats to a variety of different locations in WI, MN and IA depending on your home location.
Travel & Schedule:
- Drive Time included in weekly hours - travel compensation (mileage) available.
- Schedule - will know what days and where will be working at least two weeks in advance. *Flexibility needed as things have opportunity to change due to call ins, etc.*
- Must be available to travel to certain locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa (will depend on your home location)
What you will do:
- Provide LOVE MEDICINE to our patients through providing the best first/last impressions with top-level customer service.
- Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals, and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys.

What you need:
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- 1 year experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities and computer competency in Microsoft Windows.
