Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time Regional Clinical Manager supporting our Family Medicine Clinic in Viroqua, WI.
What you will do :
- Fulfill a 1.0 FTE; salaried position
- Provide management and oversee the delivery of specialized clinical services throughout the Viroqua Family Medicine department
- Manage and lead an experienced team of approximately 30 staff to ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operations, including RNs, MAs, Patient Liaisons, Regional Business Office Coordinator, and Department Supply Specialist
- Work collaboratively with the Clinical Operations Director, Department Chair, and Section Chair to achieve department strategic goals
- This position is based out of Viroqua with occasional travel to La Crosse
