Schedule Weekly Hours : 40 Lead with Love : Join Bellin Gundersen\'s HR Leadership Team In partnership with the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Development, and Learning, the Director of Clinician Recruitment will develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy. This role aligns with the mission, vision, and values of the organization, positioning Bellin and Gundersen as employers of choice. What you\'ll do : Establish and lead an enterprise-wide clinician recruitment strategy. Develop and implement talent acquisition processes and systems. Ensure effective orientation and onboarding for clinicians to improve retention. Innovate sourcing strategies to stay ahead of industry trends. Collaborate with clinician leaders to address market-related challenges using data-driven strategies. Lead change, foster a culture of belonging and collaboration, and meet strategic outcomes. What you\'ll need : Bachelor\'s degree in related field required. Master\'s degree preferred. 5-7 years of experience in progressive leadership positions with experience in talent acquisition Why Bellin Gundersen?
