Position Summary:
Gunderson’s Jewelers is seeking a warm, engaging, and service-oriented Experience Liaison to create an exceptional first impression for every guest. As the first point of contact in our showroom, this individual will greet customers with a warm welcome, offer refreshments, and seamlessly introduce them to a jewelry specialist. Additionally, this role requires strong phone etiquette, the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and sales professionals, and a commitment to ensuring a luxurious and comfortable shopping experience.
Essential Functions:
· Greeting each guest warmly upon arrival, creating an inviting and hospitable atmosphere.
· Offer and serve refreshments, ensuring all beverages (coffee, water, champagne, etc.) are stocked, chilled, and elegantly presented.
· Maintain the refreshment station, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and availability of all items.
· Facilitate smooth introductions between guests and jewelry specialists, ensuring a seamless transition into their shopping experience.
· Communicate effectively with both customers and sales professionals, ensuring seamless coordination and a personalized experience for every guest.
· Assist in managing guest flow, monitoring customer needs, and coordinating with sales professionals to minimize waiting times.
· Engage with customers while they wait, providing light conversation and answering general inquiries to enhance their visit.
· Observe the showroom to anticipate guest needs, proactively enhancing their overall experience.
· Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information, directing calls, and taking messages as needed.
· Uphold the Gunderson’s Jewelers standard of excellence by ensuring every customer feels valued and attended to.
· Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Prior experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service preferred.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
· Strong phone etiquette with the ability to manage calls professionally and efficiently.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage comfortably with both customers and sales professionals.
· A passion for luxury service and enhancing customer experiences.
· Strong sense of integrity
· High level of confidentiality required
· Ability to work full-time hours
· Ability to stand for 6-8 hours a day
· Ability lift 15lbs <

Working Conditions:
This position is for 40 hours per week. Flexible hours and overtime are required during holidays, inventory, and special events
