We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented professional to support our HHS client.
Duties and responsibilities include :
- Research and produce communications content that is informational, educational and drives engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external audiences to identify relevant content that enhance and influence the client's brand and public perception.
- Ability to research and identify targeted audiences and suggest appropriate communication channels.
- Support the development of communication plans and timelines.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation.
- Proofread internal and external communications content for clarity, tone, style, and grammar to ensure high-quality, results-oriented communications.
- Develop and deliver presentations to internal team members and leadership.
- Generate ideas to improve communication processes and delivery methods.
- Support complex projects as assigned.

Education Requirement : Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, English, or relevant work experience (4 years' experience).
