Duties and responsibilities include :
- Manage and support communication security (COMSEC) operations, including key management and encryption.
- Ensure compliance with federal COMSEC policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments on COMSEC systems.
- Provide training and awareness programs related to COMSEC protocols.
- Maintain COMSEC material accountability and perform cryptographic key management.
- Coordinate with intelligence and law enforcement agencies for secure communications.
- Develop and maintain a Communication Plan detailing key stakeholders, communication channels, and escalation procedures.

Education Requirement : Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
Clearance Requirement : Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
The salary range for this position depends upon multiple factors including location, the individual's knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, and contract-specific budget constraints and organizational requirements.
