What are the responsibilities and job description for the Integration Developer position at Gunnison Consulting Group Inc?
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented professional to support our DOI client.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Design and implement integration strategies and architecture based on business requirements.
- Testing and debugging the integrated systems ensure data quality and security.
- Developing Interface Control Documents (ICDs) that show the integration process, including the tools and technologies used, expected data results, parameters passed, etc.
- Support and execute performance testing of interfaces and make improvements as needed.
- Support and execute security testing of interfaces and make updates based on the latest security protocols and findings.
- Develop Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to build and deploy services.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years developing secure, high performing, APIs and webservices.
- Experience developing software using Java, C#, Python, or similar programming language.
- Deep understanding of relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies.
- Deep understanding of modern data exchange formats such as JSON, XML, and YAML.
- Must be able to solve complex integration problems with little to no guidance.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Understanding of BMC, ServiceNow, or similar tool.
- Developing cloud serverless solutions using tools like AWS Lambda or Azure Functions.
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
The salary range for this position depends upon multiple factors including location, the individual's knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, and contract-specific budget constraints and organizational requirements.
