Physical Requirements
Occasionally (1-33%) - Standing, walking, change position, reach, reach across midline, crouching/squatting, stooping, stairs, lifting (0-20 lbs), carrying (0-20 lbs) pushing/pulling (20 -50 lbs)
Frequently (34-66%) - Sitting, carrying (0-20 lbs)
Continuously (37-100%) - Handling, pinching, must be able to see with corrective eyewear, must be able to hear clearly with assistance
Compensation: $19.84 - $24.31/hr, depending on experience.

- Education: High School education or equivalent required
- Experience: Experience in hospital medical records preferred
- Licenses/Certification: N/A

- Receive and respond to phone inquiries and perform assembly and analysis of all medical records
- Assist with locating and delivering medical records requested by staff, patients and providers
- Pull charts, run discharge lists, maintain medical records, and provide great customer service.
