RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for helping students learn and understand key concepts and complete assignments primarily in math, but other subjects as needed.
- Contribute to student learning, growth and advancement.
- Work with students individually or as a small group in the Teen Center or classroom.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Proven work experience as a Tutor or similar role.
- Knowledgeable in math, science and English.
- Patient, flexible, positive, consistent, dependable and cooperative.
- Good communications skills to connect with students and staff.
- Ability to take supervision and correction constructively.
- Ability to positively supervise students
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
