Summary
We are seeking an Operations Support Administrator to join our dynamic team at Gunter Construction Company, Inc. This role supports multiple departments with compiling and entering data into our internal database. The Operations Support Administrator must be a team player, comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to follow directions and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Support the fleet department with administrative duties and parts ordering.
- Document fleet department employee time for payroll department.
- Create purchase orders and track receipts to send to the accounting department.
- Run reports from the database and assist department heads in resolving discrepancies.
- Enter fleet department data into our internal database, various GPS tracking programs, equipment repair programs, and excel spreadsheets.
- Periodically assist other departments with data entry for cross training and potential growth opportunities.

- Balance multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment
- Must have good written and oral skills.
- Must have strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office based programs
- Should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
