Responsibilities
- Serve as acting general manager or in any station agent capacity as needed and in the case of staffing below quota.
- Work collaboratively with operational leadership and represented workgroups to develop and implement sustainable solutions.
- Manage multiple projects, provide status updates on performance against plan and meet delivery targets.
- Work schedules will span over 24/7 operation which includes weekends, holidays. Flexible work shifts will be assigned and can include late nights and early mornings.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent, or equivalent experience required
- Strong background and enthusiastic spirit in the aviation industry, specifically Airline Airport Services or Airline Service Provider leadership.
- RGOM Certification Desirable.
- Must be willing to travel and be away from home base for extended periods of time (up to 80%)
- Previous service related experience required.
- Previous positions include training and developing others.
- Demonstrated track record in delivering operational performance in an airport operations environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of ownership and accountability.
