Job Summary

We’re searching for a highly-skilled project manager to contribute to GAT’s growth and help us maintain our position as an innovative authority as we live our core value of performance excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Airline Airport Services or Airline Service Provider leadership as well as strong work plan development and progress oversight skills. He/She will be expected to work with corporate and local leadership to identify and correct operational deficiencies at designated locations, ensuring the performance excellence we seek is being achieved.
Responsibilities
Serve as acting general manager or in any station agent capacity as needed and in the case of staffing below quota.
Work collaboratively with operational leadership and represented workgroups to develop and implement sustainable solutions.
Manage multiple projects, provide status updates on performance against plan and meet delivery targets.
Work schedules will span over 24/7 operation which includes weekends, holidays. Flexible work shifts will be assigned and can include late nights and early mornings.
Job Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent, or equivalent experience required
Strong background and enthusiastic spirit in the aviation industry, specifically Airline Airport Services or Airline Service Provider leadership.
RGOM Certification Desirable.
Must be willing to travel and be away from home base for extended periods of time (up to 80%)
Previous service related experience required.
Previous positions include training and developing others.
Demonstrated track record in delivering operational performance in an airport operations environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of ownership and accountability.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
