Summary of Job
The role of the Short Term Missions Excellence and Operations Manager is to ensure that each STM Project follows its necessary timeline of activities in order to launch, achieving high standards of quality throughout. Included in this is the coordination of setup, mobilization and administrative tasks, establishing systems to streamline our business process and managing reporting dashboards that ensure quality throughout the program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Project Management - ensure each project achieves its necessary items to launch. Problem solve as necessary and draw in various stakeholders to help overcome existing challenges. Ensure seamless communication between program stakeholders.

Quality Control - establish a set of dashboards and a reporting system to track quality across core elements of the program.

Efficiency - create systems to improve efficiency and streamline business processes.

Develop a team of ministry partners to complete the fundraising goal. (Amount to be determined) Through this process ministering to partners through prayer and teaching biblical truths is essential. (I Corinthians 9:14, Philippians 4:17) Training for this located at: www.support.adventures.org
