\n- 2-5 years of experience in public accounting tax work, including experience with preparing and reviewing complex high-net-worth individual, partnership, fiduciary, LLC, non-profit, gift, and estate tax returns.
- Ability to prepare working trial balance and year-end adjusting entries
- Possess a broad understanding of Tax Law
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- You exhibit exceptional multitasking abilities and consistently meet all deadlines.
- You demonstrate a keen interest in staying abreast of the dynamic changes in the tax industry's regulations and policies.
- You excel at problem-solving and quickly identify and offer solutions.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and CCH Axcess and have excellent research, writing, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without visa sponsorship
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Hold a valid CPA license or be working towards obtaining a CPA license.
- Review and prepare complex tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, corporations, entities, and LLCs.
- Prepare individual, fiduciary, estate, and gift tax returns by deadlines.
- Work with the tax team to ensure the various components of the tax process are performed.
- Work with clients to gather relevant tax-related information to prepare an accurate tax return.
- Analyze the individual's tax situation, trusts, and estate from various angles to ensure the maximum tax benefit is applied.
- Prepare and review year-end projections and quarterly estimates.
- Research various tax-related issues.
- Manage and develop clients who require income tax and financial planning.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to interns and associates on tax matters.
- Act as a liaison between managers and clients.
- Maintain strong presentation skills in both written and oral communication.
- Attend internal and external professional development and training seminars regularly to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.
