Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
- Lead and execute Allegro implementation, customization, and optimization projects.
- Design, develop, and deliver robust technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Provide hands-on support for functional and technical aspects of Allegro.
- Analyze and resolve complex business and technical challenges in energy trading workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and system performance.
- Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to end-users and team members.
