Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA BRIM Functional SME to support the implementation of SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) within an enterprise environment. The selected candidate will work closely with the implementation team to ensure the successful deployment of a fully functional and reliable BRIM solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand current billing and revenue structures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and desired functionalities for the new system.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP BRIM, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Provide expertise and guidance during critical project phases, including requirements gathering, solution confirmation, testing, UAT, go-live, and hyper-care.
- Review and validate functional aspects of BRIM integrations with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Lead and participate in workshops, meetings, and discussions with stakeholders and implementation partners.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise policies, standards, and best practices.
- Provide documentation and support for issue resolution related to the BRIM implementation.
- Conduct hands-on testing and validation of solutions delivered by the system integrator.
- Assist in lessons learned sessions and provide recommendations for continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of SAP BRIM implementation experience in various project sizes.
- 1 successful SAP BRIM implementation in an SAP S/4HANA landscape.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience with tolling back-office systems or large-scale call center back-office implementations.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow PPM and ITSM modules.
- Experience in enterprise business solutions, specifically SAP projects.
- Understanding of ITIL/ITSM practices and methodologies.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Engagement Requirements:
- The candidate must be located within the Continental United States.
- This role is primarily remote, but may require occasional travel to the headquarters for critical project phases.
- No additional travel expenses will be provided.
