We are looking for a Shift Leader/Key Employee candidate. We are looking for an organized and goal-oriented Shift Leader to assist in managing the daily operations of our restaurant. • Working knowledge of all aspects of front and back of the house operations
• Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire others to perform
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
• Maintain the highest standards of quality in food as well as service
• Monitor repairs and maintenance issues
• Monitor morale of the staff and check in with all employees on a regular basis
• Ensure that food quality and guest experience meet brand standards at all times
• Ensure compliance with all company standards and brand standards
