We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Sales Specialist to join our team and drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing sales strategies to capitalize on those opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to capitalize on those opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, Technical degree, or certification.
  • ~5 years of experience in Commercial HVAC sales or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Commercial HVAC systems, suppliers, manufacturers, and competitors.
  • Proven ability to train others on commercial product sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to create effective collateral materials.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
