We’re looking for a Concierge/Host with prior experience in the hospitality industry to provide impeccable guest relations, assist in managing whiskey and cigar club memberships, and oversee seating and guest flow for a seamless and memorable experience.

Concierge/Host Responsibilities:

• Guest Relations:

• Greet guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact.

• Offer personalized service, including recommendations and assistance with whiskey and cigar selections.

• Address special requests or concerns to ensure an outstanding experience.

• Club Membership Management:

• Assist with whiskey and cigar club member inquiries.

• Ensure membership perks are communicated and delivered.

• Keep track of member preferences and build lasting relationships.

• Seating and Flow Management:

• Monitor guest seating and ensure the smooth flow of guests in the dining and lounge areas.

• Maintain an accurate waitlist and provide estimated wait times.

• Manage reservations and coordinate with service staff to deliver exceptional service.

• Operations Support:

• Ensure the environment is pristine, including monitoring and restocking menus and materials.

• Collaborate with staff to maintain a polished and professional atmosphere.

• Provide light support, such as clearing tables and replenishing water, when needed.

Concierge/Host Requirements:

• Hospitality Experience:

• Previous experience in a hospitality service role, such as a host, concierge, or front-of-house staff in a restaurant, bar, or hotel.

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills to manage reservations, waitlists, and member inquiries.

• A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

• Knowledge of whiskey and cigars is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
