Job Purpose:
To champion our brand's presence online by engaging with our community, managing our social media platforms, and driving promotional campaigns. This role demands a blend of creative content creation, strategic communication, and data-driven decision-making to enhance brand loyalty and boost sales.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Guest Engagement & Community Building: Spearhead initiatives to foster a vibrant community This involves responding to reviews, comments, and DMs, addressing customer support queries, and crafting content that encourages interaction, such as contests and interactive posts. The aim is to elevate the engagement rate and fortify customer loyalty while maintaining a harmonious community environment.
- Social Media Management: Implement social media and communication campaigns in line with the marketing strategies set by the Media Director, this includes creating engaging content across platforms, ensuring brand voice consistency, and moderating discussions to uphold the brand's values. Staying abreast of digital trends to adapt strategies accordingly is essential.
- Promotion and Campaign Management: Analyze guest behavior and market trends to craft effective campaigns that resonate with the target audience, driving brand awareness and sales. Coordinate with the Media and Creative Directors to ensure seamless brand messaging and report on campaign performance metrics to gauge success and inform future
- Content Creation: Develop a content calendar in collaboration with the Media and Creative Directors, focusing on generating text, image, and video content that aligns with digital marketing plans. This includes assisting with photoshoots to ensure the production of high-quality visual content that complements our brand's digital presence. Monitor and create reports based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize content
- Goal-Driven Strategy: Set specific, measurable goals for engagement rates and campaign success, employing asystematic approach to track progress and make data-informed adjustments to
- Brand Advocacy: Act as the brand's voice and face, managing all community communications. Organize and participate in events to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
- Relationship Building: Forge strong relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, andjournalists to amplify the brand's reach and reputation.
· Content Creation and Management:
- Undertake monthly photo and video shoots for each brand, adhering to a predefined content calendar to ensuretimely and diverse content
- Stay informed about the latest trends in photo and video production, including techniques, technologies, andstyles, to ensure our content remains relevant and
- Organize, categorize, and archive all digital assets (photos and videos) using SmugMug photo storage software &Google Drive, ensuring easy access and efficient workflow for marketing and communication needs.
· Creative Planning and Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the Media and Creative Directors to pre-plan photoshoot sessions,
ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand voice.
- Work with designers to integrate visual content seamlessly into our marketing and communication strategies.
- Participate in creative meetings to contribute ideas and insights that enhance brand representation through visual
- Develop a content strategy in close collaboration with marketing and brand teams, integrating it into the overallcontent calendar and marketing objectives.
· Professional Development:
- Continuously update skills in video editing software and hardware through industry workshops, seminars, and onlinecourses, with expenses eligible for company reimbursement.

Deliverables:
- Manage SmugMug and Google Drive in an organized fashion per

- Followers Growth: Target a 3% increase in followers on each social media platform every month.
- Engagement Rate: aim for a minimum 3% engagement rate across platforms by fostering dynamic interactions and
- Monthly Campaigns: suggest and launch at least one distinct promotional campaign per brand every month to boost awareness and engagement.
- Content Production: monthly creation of 4 to 8 reels and 8 to 12 photos for each brand, maintaining high standards ofbrand consistency and appeal.
- Performance Analysis: conduct monthly analyses and reporting on social media metrics and campaign outcomes to inform and adjust strategies.
- Community Engagement: ensure monthly initiatives to interact with the community, such as responding to comments andDMs, to build loyalty and a positive online
- Strategic Collaboration: participate in at least one strategy meeting per month with marketing and brand teams to alignsocial media activities with broader marketing objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Requires experience in a related
- BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a relevant
- Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar
- Expertise in the management of people and
- Intermediate skills in Adobe apps, Canva and Microsoft Word, and
- Excellent written and verbal communication
