- Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant
- Conduct outreach and engage with local communities and organizations to promote awareness of our services
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or mental health field
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools, along with the ability to create engaging content tailored to each platform
- Excellent communication and writing skills with an eye for detail
- Experience analyzing social media metrics and using data to drive strategy
