Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our advertising agency team as an Account Manager / Social Media Manager. In this hybrid role, you will act as the support between clients and our creative team while also strategizing, managing, and executing engaging social media campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with exceptional communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Key Responsibilities
Account Manager Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as the secondary point of contact.
Collaborate with leadership and assist in proposals, creative briefs, and strategic plans to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, and production) to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Co-Monitor project progress, listen to client concerns and ensure alignment with objectives.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare comprehensive reports for clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
Co-develop and implement social media strategies to meet client goals (e.g., brand awareness, engagement, lead generation).
Create and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and tone.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely manner.
Use analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to client campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in account management, social media management, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategies, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
