Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our NEW Social Media Agency here in San Antonio Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our platform and clients presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness thru out platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Youtube. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, content creation, and relationship management with plenty of opportunities to advance in your career.
Responsibilities
- Familiar with Platforms like: Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
- Create engaging content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Youtube.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing efforts.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize impact.
- Manage relationships with influencers and public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep brands relevant in the digital space.
- Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and maintain brand voice across all communications.
- Study Social Media Platforms on what type of Format Styles and Trends would work well with our brand and client brands.
- Create Social Media Flyers on Canva like stories and carousels.
- Will be at times helping the team create content on the field.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing in the past 2 years.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and their integration with social media strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and graphic design.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools to track performance metrics effectively like metricool and social media platform analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship management.
- Ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality output across all platforms.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Know basic editing softwares like CapCut.
- Being able to have a positive energy with team and clients.
- Will be outdoors at times in the Texas heat.
- Being able to understand our clients niche with their own type of style and create familiar content to audiences.
