Anesthesia Residency Program Director – Guthrie Clinic – Sayre, PA
The Guthrie Clinic seeks a confident, visionary leader to serve as Program Director for its ACGME-accredited Anesthesia Residency Program in the Twin Tiers of Northern Pennsylvania and Southern New York.

Candidate Requirements
American Society of Anesthesiologists Board Certified
Scholarly activity in the form of publications, presentations, or curriculum development
Prior experience as a Program Director or Associate Director is preferred
Minimum of 3 years Clinical Practice post-residency / fellowship
Minimum of 3 years as an active faculty member in an academic practice
Eligibility for unrestricted PA and NY state licensure
Possess strong administrative and team-building skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range : 575K to 600K starting salary plus bonus
25K starting bonus with a 25K retention bonus each year for the following three years
15K quality / citizenship bonus annually
Six-weeks vacation
Five personal days per year
Seven holidays

Malpractice / liability insurance, including tail coverage
Guthrie retirement savings plan (403B) with employer match (1 / 2 of the first 6% that you invest) and (1-3.5%) age-based contribution each year

Meeting time – 14 days with options for home study and financial support
