Position Overview
We are seeking a confident, driven, and personable Sales Representative with a proven track record in in-home or roofing sales. If you enjoy working with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling!), love being on the move, and excel at closing deals, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Show Up and Sell: Attend scheduled in-home estimates (appointments provided daily) and present gutter solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Build Relationships: Deliver exceptional customer service, educate clients on our products, and create a positive, lasting impression.
- Follow Process: Stay aligned with company procedures and maintain a professional and trustworthy presence on behalf of the brand.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in roofing sales or comparable in-home sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong closing ability and sales drive
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Work Environment
- Location: On the road – Tampa - Naples and surrounding areas
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
