Key Responsibilities:
· Office Assistance:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Managing and organizing office supplies and inventory.
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assisting with office organization and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
· Social Media Management:
- Assisting in the creation of engaging social media content (graphics, text, and videos) aligned with company branding.
- Scheduling posts and ensuring consistent, timely updates across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Experience with social media management tools.
- Monitoring social media activity and responding to comments or messages.
- Analyzing social media metrics and suggesting improvements to optimize engagement.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing social media presence and audience engagement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Jobber.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
