The Sales & Business Development Manager will oversee a team of sales representatives, focusing on maximizing performance, exploring selling techniques, and developing activity metrics.
This role involves allocating inbound sales leads, participating in the interviewing and hiring process for new sales representatives, and developing personalized goals for each team member.
- Oversee sales teams to optimize their performance and enhance customer engagement.
- Train sales representatives on industry insights and how they relate to the Guttman Fleet Solutions program.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customized strategies for capitalizing on strengths and improving weaknesses.
- Present new business opportunities to senior leadership and develop comprehensive plans for implementing new initiatives.
- Establish and track key performance indicators to measure team success.
