About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team at Guy Fieri's Mt. Pocono Kitchen. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by the Chef
- Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
- Food preparation and portioning prior to service
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
Requirements:
- Professional kitchen experience, including working a hot line, sauté, and grill
- Experience in a full-service, 3-meal period restaurant is desired
- Friendly demeanor and positive attitude
- Dedication to teamwork and ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional, efficient, and courteous demeanor
- Task-driven individual with flexibility to adapt to changing situations
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time
