Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by serving as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries and needs.
Account Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of client insurance accounts to ensure their needs are being met and suggest adjustments to improve their coverage.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, ensuring their accounts are up-to-date and accurate.
Claims Assistance: Guide and support clients through the claims process, providing information and assistance to ensure efficient handling of claims.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Strive to improve customer service processes and contribute to the team's overall success through feedback and initiatives.
Requirements
Education: A high school diploma is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in customer service or insurance account management is highly advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Possess the ability to type using home row technique.
Customer-Oriented: Strong ability to maintain positive client relationships through excellent customer service skills.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and accuracy in processing details and paperwork.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a calm and professional manner.
Reliability: Strong punctuality and reliability are necessary, given the direct customer interaction nature of the role.
Licensing: Preferred, but willing to train. Licensing assistance is available. License requirement within 90 days of hiring.
