GV's Heating & Cooling is currently hiring for a full-time HVAC Customer Service / Dispatcher to act as the liaison between our customers and our technicians in the Glenview, IL area. This entry-level office position earns a competitive wage of $25 - $30 per hour, depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY
This heating and cooling dispatch position is full-time and typically works Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM with 30 minutes for lunch.
As an entry-level HVAC Customer Service / Dispatcher, you play a vital role in the operations of our office as you work with our customers and dispatch our technicians. Every day, you cheerfully answer incoming phone calls from clients. Using your knowledge of heating and cooling systems, you respond to each customer's questions and concerns. If you don't have the answers the client is looking for, you direct the phone call to the appropriate person. Always highly organized, you schedule appointments for services and consultations. Additionally, you follow up with past clients to ensure that their systems are satisfactory. You get great satisfaction from helping our customers live more comfortable lives!
