POSITION: Operations Support Specialist
GVA is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join our team in our Austin office. The Operations Support Specialist will report to the Operations
Manager and assist with administrative responsibilities, reporting, Resman training, and other operational initiatives and projects.
Key tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide training for all systems to new employees
- Follow up with sites re: lease audits and market rent changes.
- Manage third-party systems, including ResMan, CoreLogic, Domuso, BlueMoon, Genesis, and Real Page.
- Troubleshooting issues for all systems
- Initiate new property setups
- On/offboard employees access for all systems.
- Audit and maintain property information in ResMan
- Periodically reviews rental applications and lease forms for accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Other projects as needed
