Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to termination, ensuring a positive employee experience throughout.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Gusto, Kronos, UltiPro, Dayforce, Paylocity, and Paychex to manage employee data, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline HR operations and enhance efficiency.
- Develop and manage the HR budget, including forecasting expenses and monitoring costs.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems such as Gusto, Kronos, UltiPro, Dayforce, Paylocity, and Paychex.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and implementing HR best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
