Class Summary
This position works on the Facility Ops Information Systems team located at DWR Central and is responsible for administering some aspects of Maximo, WebSphere, WIMS, SharePoint, CentralPoint, and eLogger. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to use of the above listed systems, creating custom reports and queries, data updates, troubleshooting and error resolution, creating SOP's, completing project closeout documentation and monitoring the DWR Maximo Support Inbox. Additional duties may include collecting and analyzing data, providing support for staff and leadership, preparing studies, reports and / or other related documents and work of a similar nature. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong troubleshooting skills, experience working with technology and should be a self-starter that enjoys working with a team.
Program Analyst I Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field;
- Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job;

The Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources is a publicly-owned utility, committed to providing excellent water, waste water and storm water services at the best possible value to the citizens of Gwinnett County. The department is widely recognized for service excellence in the operation of 2 water production facilities, 3 water reclamation facilities and 226 pump stations. In addition, DWR maintains 3,667 miles of water lines, 2,654 miles of sewer lines and 1,325 miles of storm water pipe.
