Job Description
We are looking for a technically skilled candidate with excellent attention to detail for the position of Forklift Operator. Forklift Operators work efficiently and safely to transport, track, store, and load/unload cargo within a warehouse.
Duties
- Drive sit-down forklift to effectively and efficiently transport materials to different locations
- Maneuvering forklifts safely in a busy environment
- Work as part of a team to load/unload material
- Working knowledge of RF scan gun
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
- Operating and managing technical equipment
- Comply with company policies and legal guidelines, helping to maintain a safe and orderly work environment
- Perform cycle counts as needed
Requirements
- 2 years forklift experience preferred
- 1 year minimum experience with RF scan gun and warehouse preferred
- Ability to perform all of the physical requirements including up to 50 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
