Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, GXC's HR Director is responsible for any planning regarding the human resources and development of the company's workforce, and they must be able to transform all policies into executable plans and departmental procedures. This position is 100% Remote.

This position is 100% Remote.
Essential Functions
- Ensuring employees follow all policies and procedures
- Assessing reports provided by the HR team, team leaders, and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needs
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures based on employee and company needs
- Researching compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies to create salary structures and administer employee benefits
- Managerial oversight of Payroll and benefits administration - including but not limited to; payroll taxes, health & welfare, pension benefits & 401K contributions, workers compensation reporting and payment.
- Creating recruitment plans and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws
- Supervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests, and documents created and received by the team
- Attending inter-departmental meetings with other managers
- Overseeing exit interviews and procedures.
- Supervising and guiding supportive personnel.
- Maintain focus and independence in a remote working environment
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Fine motor dexterity, ability to work from an electronic device at all times
- Ability to learn new tasks and remember processes
- Make decisions and apply established workflows in a timely manner
- 5-10 years of progressive HR experience.
- 4-year graduate degree in Human Resources Management, or Business Administration preferred.
- SHRM, HRCI, CPP, CEBS, and other HR/Payroll related certifications are preferred.
- Experience managing payroll operations
- Proven expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and compensation structures
- Track record of compliance with labor laws and benefits administration
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills required.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing for the purpose of public interaction and report writing.
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- $85,000.00 -$95,000.00 Annual Salary- Exempt
