Position Overview :
We are seeking a talented and motivated UI / UX Designer to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the CPO and CTO, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a range of projects within the life sciences sector, from developing intuitive user interfaces to crafting compelling user experiences. As a UI / UX Designer at GxSpeed, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that meet both business and user needs, ensuring a seamless and effective digital experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for digital tools, platforms, and applications in the life sciences space.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that demonstrate your design process and deliver compelling experiences.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits to ensure consistency across projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and business teams to understand user needs, goals, and challenges.
- Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and other research to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure the successful implementation of your designs.
- Translate complex data or technical content into simple, user-friendly experiences.
- Manage design deliverables within project timelines, working within an agile or iterative development process.
- Provide design support throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concept through to final release and iteration.
- Stay current with design trends, new technologies, and industry best practices, particularly in life sciences and healthcare.
- Bring innovative ideas to the table and challenge the status quo to elevate the user experience in a regulated environment.
