Gymreapers is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our results-driven marketing team. In this role, you will be a key player in executing high-impact initiatives that support athlete partnerships, influencer program development, strategic content planning, and the management of our social media presence. Your organizational precision, communication skills, and ability to coordinate across teams will directly contribute to the success of our campaigns and the continued growth of the Gymreapers brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns related to athlete management, influencer programs, content calendar, and social media platforms.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and the content calendar, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives, including cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of engaging and relevant content across various channels.
- Collaborate with the social media team to develop and implement social media strategies, manage social media assets, and optimize social media content.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to propose innovative marketing ideas and initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, reports, and documentation as needed.
- Support the marketing team in day-to-day tasks, including administrative duties, budget tracking, and project coordination.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant marketing experience
- Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
- Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
- Must have a high level of creativity
