Salary : Range : $16.50-$18.00 Based on experience
Join our dynamic team at Amber Brooke Farms in Eustis where we provide our guests with the opportunity to experience raw nature with seasonal u-pick, special events & festivals, concerts and many other family activities. From picturesque fields to sweet berries, the farm has something to offer from Fall to Spring.
We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated, hardworking team member to lead our food and beverage team.
Key responsibilities :
1. Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage service team, ensuring a high standard of service and smooth workflow during events and / or shifts.
2. Train new team members on service standards, product knowledge, and safety protocols.
3. Assist with guest orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and drinks.
4. Ensure that the team is providing a friendly, efficient, and accurate delivery of food and drinks.
5. Perform regular checks on food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations. Servsafe certification is a bonus!
