H.A. Gray & Associates, Inc. is hiring new sales personnel to support our South and Central Texas operations.

H.A. Gray & Associates is a manufacturer’s representative firm, providing wholesale sales in the HVAC market, notably cooling towers and other related hydronic equipment. We are a market leader, with decades of stellar sales success. We are one of the longest standing representatives for Evapco, Inc.

H.A. Gray & Associates serves the Central, South, and West Texas regions and all of New Mexico. We also operate the largest factory fabricated cooling tower service company in the area, Tower Tech Services (www.towertech.com).

We are hiring outside sales personnel and account manager to sell both new products and aftermarket services.

Job Description : Full-time inside sales support. Make equipment selections as needed for outside sales personnel, generate quotations and submittals for products, make equipment selections via software, support sales staff, et al.

Qualifications for applicants should include :

• BS in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering with specialization / emphasis in HVAC and thermodynamics. We are open to relatable degrees or fields of study with applicable sales experience.
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (MS Word, Excel) and Adobe.
• Strong organizational skills and written / oral communication skills.
• Pass background and drug test.
• Bilingual (Spanish) encouraged / welcomed.
• Note that this is a highly technical job - calculations, thermodynamics, equipment selections, software, maintaining data and particulars of individual projects, etc.

Base salary plus commission.
