Job Summary:

Civic Center Plaza Apartments and EMR Apartments are seeking a dedicated custodian to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our communities. This is a great opportunity to take pride in your work while creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment for residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and community spaces.
- Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and maintained to high standards.
- Handle trash removal and maintain cleanliness in garbage collection areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces to maintain a sanitary environment.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed, such as changing light bulbs and minor repairs.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the property management team.
- Support unit turnover cleaning to ensure apartments are move-in ready.
- Maintain supplies and request restocking as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
