H&A Property Management is seeking a certified plumber with a strong technical background to help maintain and enhance our thriving community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, install, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping, including water heaters, water lines, and sewer systems.
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, identifying cost-effective and timely solutions.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address multifaceted repair projects.
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to minimize emergency repairs.
- Respond to emergency service calls, including after-hours and weekends when needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes.
- Maintain a detailed record of repairs and communicate effectively with property management.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience as a licensed plumber in residential or commercial settings.
- Valid plumbing certification.
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and work orders.
- Proficient in using plumbing tools, equipment, and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
