We are a quickly growing independent Erie Insurance Agency in Fairfax, VA est. in 2019. We are focused on selling and servicing Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance in the DMV and looking for qualified CL Account Managers who want a boutique style culture with potential for growth. We have a broad range of accounts we service from small BOP policies to Captive Accounts and are licensed in (24) states.
Position:
We are looking for a customer-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage middle-market level accounts. An ideal candidate is someone who is service oriented and enjoys building relationships and rapport with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Client Accounts via Phone and Email
- Attend Renewal & Mid-Term Review meetings as needed
- Process Policy Endorsements
- File Claims with Carriers
- Create Applied Epic activities of customer interactions and file related e-mails
- Advise clients on related COI Inquiries (our Service Dept. manages actual processing of Cert's)
- Create Proposals, Coverage Summaries & Mid-Term Reviews
- Provide Zywave Risk Mgmt. resources to clients
Requirements:
- P&C Insurance License in VA, MD & DC
- Applied Epic (ideal, not req.)
- 3-5 years Experience
- Microsoft Office
- Adobe
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
