Harrison Gray Search is recruiting on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing independent insurance agency established in 2019. Specializing in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance, the agency serves a diverse range of accounts, from small BOP policies to captive accounts, across 24 states. Position Overview
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager , you will manage middle-market accounts, delivering exceptional service and fostering strong client relationships. Reporting to the VP, this role requires a customer-focused individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Attend renewal and mid-term review meetings as needed.
- Process policy endorsements and file claims with carriers.
- Document client interactions and emails in Applied Epic (or similar systems).
- Provide advice on COI inquiries (certificate processing handled by the service department).
- Prepare proposals, coverage summaries, and mid-term reviews.
- Offer clients access to Zywave Risk Management resources.
