THE ROLE
Dedicated social media support to one of the agency's flagship clients : Ohio LiquorParticipates in virtual and in-person meetings with the clientObsessed with the operations, fans and ecosystem of the clientUnderstands the ins and outs of the client by diving into the business objectivesDirects the agency's approach around customer care and community managementIncorporates industry standards into the approachDevelops infrastructure documents to align client / agencyAdvises on social media software to assistRevisits the response matrix based on resultsReports out actions and resultsProvides 'surprise and delight' efforts for the clientIntegrates social listening into the approachRevisits and develops brand social and channel strategiesLoves everything social and creating great work across channelsPassionate around the growth of social personnel and the teamStays up to date with the latest social media best practices, technologies (i.e. channels) and metric considerationsAbility to analyze dashboards and reports for internal / external distribution that include in-depth insights and recommendations for growthRepresents activities via presentations to internal teams and clienteleCompetitive mindset to deliver leading results on behalf of Hart's clienteleUnderstands brand voice and personality and is able to execute that voice based on channel audiencesBackground in content management and / or copywritingNaturally analytical and curiousBachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related fieldPERSONAL SKILLS AND CHARACTER TRAITS
