Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Administrator, located in Phoenixville, PA. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing payroll, handling garnishments, ensuring compliance with local unions, managing employee benefits, and performing accounting tasks. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining payroll records, preparing payroll reports, resolving payroll discrepancies, and providing support to employees regarding payroll inquiries.

Qualifications
- Payroll Administration skills including union reporting and processing
- Experience with Employee Benefits management
- Accounting skills

- Viewpoint Spectrum and Paychex Flex experience preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
