Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new hotel clients through prospecting, networking, and industry research.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with hotel managers to present our staffing solutions, discuss their workforce needs, and showcase the value we bring to their operations.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with hotel management teams to provide customized staffing solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Earn commission-based incentives for securing new hotel contracts and expanding existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient placement of staff and excellent service delivery.
- Track and analyze client feedback, staffing trends, and competitor activity to refine business strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the hospitality or staffing industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, workforce management, and hospitality staffing trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with hotel decision-makers.
- Experience in presenting services to hotel executives and tailoring solutions to meet their staffing needs.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple hotel accounts simultaneously.
